Refund & Cancellation Policy
Updated October 22, 2026 · Reach Your Goals L.L.P., 6143 Doe Ct, Loveland, OH 45140
The short version
- You can cancel your plan, extra lines or Line Protection any time. Canceling stops future charges; the current month isn't refunded or prorated.
- Your Cyberphone balance is prepaid money for usage. It isn't refundable once used, has no cash value, and can't be transferred.
- If you cancel your plan, you can keep using your balance by reactivating within 1 year. After that, your remaining balance will no longer be able to be used. This applies to accounts opened on or after October 22, 2026.
- One-time charges (like a spam check or a number replacement) aren't refunded once delivered. If we can't deliver one, the charge goes back to your balance.
- When you cancel, your phone numbers are released and may not be recoverable.
This policy covers every charge you can make with GoalLine Cyberphone. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Your plan and extra lines
The plan and each additional line are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through Square. You can cancel any time from Billing in the app or by writing to us. Canceling stops future charges. The current billing period is not refunded or prorated, except where the law requires it.
Line Protection
Line Protection plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance. You can cancel any time; canceling stops future charges. The current billing period is not refunded or prorated, except where the law requires it. A remediation or swap you paid for past your plan's allowance is a one-time charge (see below).
Your Cyberphone balance (refills)
Usage beyond your plan — List Dialer calls after the dials your plan includes, branded dials, spam checks and number replacements — is paid from a prepaid Cyberphone balance. You add funds through Square, and your balance is credited the full amount you add.
- Once used, it is not refundable. Money spent from your balance on a service that was delivered is not given back.
- Unused balance has no cash value and can't be redeemed for cash.
- It is non-transferable. It can't be moved to another account or person.
- It stays available while you're subscribed. What happens after you cancel your plan is covered under Cancellation.
One-time charges
One-time charges — for example a spam check, a number replacement, or a setup fee — are not refunded once the service is delivered. If we can't complete a paid service (a spam check fails, or we can't get you a replacement number), the charge is returned automatically: to your Cyberphone balance if it was paid from your balance, or to your card if it was paid at checkout.
Recovery fees
The Federal Regulatory Recovery Fee and the State & Local Compliance Recovery Fee described in our Terms are not refunded once charged, except when the charge they were added to is reversed. When a charge is refunded to your card, the recovery fee on it is refunded with it.
Cancellation
You can cancel your plan, extra lines or Line Protection at any time. Here is what happens when you do:
- Billing stops. You won't be charged again for what you canceled. The current billing period is not refunded or prorated, except where the law requires it.
- Lines are released. Phone numbers on canceled lines go back to the carrier and may not be recoverable, so please move anything important first.
- Your Cyberphone balance after you cancel your plan. Your balance stays on your account, and you can keep using it by reactivating your plan within 1 year of the date you canceled. After 1 year, any remaining balance will no longer be able to be used. About 30 days before that date, we'll email you a reminder with the amount and the date. If you reactivate before then, your balance is right there, the same as before.
- Which accounts this applies to. The 1-year rule applies to accounts opened on or after October 22, 2026. Accounts opened before October 22, 2026 keep their balance under the terms in effect when they joined.
