These terms cover your use of GoalLine Cyberphone. By creating an account you agree to them.
What you'll receive. If you check the text-message box when you sign up, GoalLine Cyberphone will text the mobile number you gave us with account and support messages: sign-in and security notices, billing and plan notices, service alerts about your lines, and replies to your support requests.
How often. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop anytime. Reply STOP to cancel. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more after that. Reply START to opt back in.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or email support@goallinecyberphone.com.
Consent is optional. Agreeing to texts is not required to buy or use the service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.
You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Square and renew until you cancel. Fair-use allowances and add-on prices are shown in the app before you buy. Cancelling stops future charges; the current month is not refunded unless required by law.
You are responsible for the calls and texts you make with the service, including following the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing and calling-hours laws, and the National Do Not Call Registry. You must have the consent the law requires before texting anyone, and you must honor opt-outs. Texts from your lines to your own customers require your business to be registered with the carriers (10DLC); the app walks you through it.
You may not use the service for spam, harassment, illegal content, spoofing, or to reach anyone who has asked you to stop. We may suspend lines or accounts used this way.
Internet calling may not work during power or internet outages, and 911 calls may not reach the right emergency center or share your location correctly. Keep another way to call 911.
Numbers are assigned to your account while it's active. When you release a line or delete your account, the number goes back to the carrier and may be given to someone else.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. Questions: support@goallinecyberphone.com.
